About Us

Winwood Labs, based in High Wycombe, UK, is the inner-brainchild of developer James Bateman. Founded in 2011, Winwood develops and publishes small scale games for platforms including Android, iOS, PC, Mac, Xbox One and PS4.

A long time contributor at Attic Door Productions LLC., James is closely involved in development of the upcoming PC, Mac and Xbox One title, The 13th Doll.

Most recently, working with Raw Power Management, Winwood was the developer behind Don Broco in: Technology The Game! for Android and iOS devices.

A long time contributor at Attic Door Productions LLC., James also served as Lead Environment Artist for the PC, Mac and Xbox One title, The 13th Doll.

Most recently, working with Young Underperformers London, Winwood Labs has been active producing short-form promotional games designed for prize-giving contests. Past clients include bands Don Broco, Kvelertak, and Creed.

Current collaborators include Oxford Brookes University, Oxford.

James has also been a lecturer in Games Development and Independent Games Production at Bucks New University, High Wycombe.
